Applied online, got response after 3 weeks, they asked to submit video-based answers; all the questions were both in Japanese and English. I didn't get selected after the video interview round but the process was very smooth and helpful.

Entrevista
First, you take an assessment, after you take a recorded video interview, you get six questions in English and three in the languaged you applied for. The good thing about the video interview is that they give you three tries to record yourself before you move on to the next question. After, you get 20 min. phone interview with a recruiter. If you pass this stage you get invited to an in-person interview which they call Super Day. During the super day, you are there with others who have applied but you are not competing with the person next to you so don't worry about trying to beat all of them. The first thing you do during Super Day is a group debate, you get to show off how you work as a team and your communication skills. After you get to sit with a customer representative and listen to actual calls while asking questions about the role. After you get to do your one on one interview. After your given an assessment where you are role-playing with another representative on how you would ask a phone call and all assest you on how you write in the languaged you applied to. At the end of the super day, they take you on a tour of the office. If you pass Super Day you get a final interview in person or on the phone with the team leader.
Everyone's interview process is different.
If you really want the job i recommend RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH! They want to know that you are interested in Bloomberg and willing to grow in their company. Make sure you have examples ready from past work experiences to show you can problem solve, work with a team and take ownership.
