I had a phone Interview by HR staff. He was nice and friendly. All questions were pretty standard, like self-introduction, why Bloomberg, the job position and recent news. Sometime, he would ask further questions based on your response.
The whole interview was about 20 minutes and got rejected after a few days.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
