After applying online they contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview. It took them several days to call me. The interview took around 30 minutes and it consisted on basic fit, non-technical questions.

Phone call as first stage (20 minutes): background check , company information and motivation for the sposition; second stage interview with team leaders (30 minutes) same questions of first stage plus IT competences. in the end final stage with the head of the department
