The phone interview - first I received an email from the HR and this dude who wrote it had zero business writing etiquettes.. Using acronym and terrible grammatical mistakes... lol I was SURPRISED. I don't care if your first language isn't English.. Well, you don't make the elementary mistakes if you are working for a competitive company like Bloomberg. Anyway, he gave me a call the next Monday and the whole phone interview went smooth. 1) Why do you wanna work for bloomberg 2)What do you know about Bloomberg Basically its a quick chat less than 10 minutes I would say. At the end, he proceeded to ask if I was available the next day for a 2 on 1 interview and I said yes. 2 on 1 interview- I got there at around 2 to meet the interviewees. However, one of them didn't show up for some reason. The guy was super nice and down-to-earth, the way he interviewed me was more like a friendly chat rather than giving me a tough ibank interview. 1) tell me about yourself, 2) What had I done in college 3) What's my ideal working environment, 4) What position do I originally preferred (the one i interviewed for was a temp researcher job, like a short term project thing) And then he told what the global data team does and stuff... Mostly about college stuff so it was very stress free. No technical questions or anything. I'm a fresh grad. This is my very first interview with a big company. I guess I did well haha? *crossing my fingers for this

One of their recruiters contacted me out of the blue, saying there is a position opening and do you want to apply for it. Then we had a phone interview that day and he invited me to on-site interview held next week.
