I applied through their website. They called me immediately to book a phone interview. There are two people interviewed me through the phone. I experienced them as cold and unfriendly. They did not even say thanks after we finished the interview. The interview was very short so I knew immediately I would not pass. I think they care more about your language skills than your financial knowledge. If you stated in your CV that you can speak German, then a person from Germany will interview you in order to see your language skills

I applied online and got a response within days. I was invited for a phone interview with a global data analyst. The phone interview was canceled just 1 hour before it should have taken place. I got another appointment 4 days later. In the confirmation email the give you tips for preparation, however they were not helpful at all... The interviewer hat a terrible accent and no feelable motivation for the conversation.
