      Entrevista

      Received an email to submit a "video interview" (unless you're an actor, horrible way to judge someone IMO). First, you can't conduct the interview in a public area (such as a library) due to network constraints. After the "interview", there was no follow up, no contact information from the "HR Manager" to touch base after the interview and no follow up email even stating that you didn't get the position. I know I didn't get it when I saw they reposted the position.

      Entrevista

      Everyone was very nice and courteous. Despite not getting the job offer, I was encouraged to apply again at a later date. The entire experience made me want to work for Square even more. Incredible facility and incredible people. All the questions were about how you helped employees, which I found very refreshing from your average run of the mill leadership and management interviews. I want to work for a company that puts their employees first and if you do too, you want to work for Square.

      resume submission that lead to an online video questionnaire. the video questionnaire was really weird because it only gave you one chance to record each answer. you had 30 seconds to read the question and prepare your rebuttal. then each answer time varied 30 sec, then 1 min, then 45 sec, then 3.5 mins, etc. it was had to get a rhythm and know how to plot your rebuttal in 30 seconds because you didnt know how long of an answer you needed to plan for. also the whole time you were answering you would be looking at a video of yourself speaking.
