      I was asked to supply a writing sample and then offered times to set up a phone interview. i am currently employed so setting the time aside to interview for a new job was tricky, but to make matters worse they completely blew off my morning phone interview. After the time slot passed with no phone call, I emailed the person who set the interview up. When I did not receive an answer from her I sent a second email to the recruiter. At some point after lunch I received an email explaining that the interviewer was out ill that day and asking me to reschedule for another day. For the reschedule, I took more time off from my current job as they could not accommodate anything before 8:30 AM or after 5:00 PM. I made it through the phone interview and was asked to attend a group interview. Again, I took time off from my current job to spend 3 hours in a group interview. It was basically the same as the other reviewers have said. I will reiterate one thing - it seemed more like an opportunity for the support leads to actually "see" the candidates. Similar to previous reviews - the individual who fit a definite mold was asked to stay after to "answer a few questions" about his resume. In the kiss-off email, the final paragraph stated "If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out [sic]" I sent a response as I am still looking for a better career and would appreciate any feed-back or constructive criticism. Ironically, the email was sent from a "no-reply" address.

      The entire interview process took about 3 weeks. First there was a writing sample they ask for which is very easy. The next step was a phone mock call. I was pretty nervous because I wasn’t sure how the role playing would go but the rep was super friendly and fed me the info before hand & I just navigated through the call showing my customer service skills. It wasn’t really about getting the info right but more so how can u resolve an issue effectively. The last step was in on site interview that lasted about an hour. I met w/ 2 hiring “team leads” for 30min each. The first hiring manager was pretty laid back & did ask basic interview questions but it was more conversational. The 2nd was a little more direct (reading through a list of questions) and his questions were longer/more complex. Overall my experience was great everyone was superb friendly & the office is so awesome!

      Entrevista

      I quickly received a response to my application and followed up with a simple writing sample. I had a phone interview a couple of days later that included a mock phone call, followed by an in person interview about a week later. The in person interview was at the same time as several other interviews. I interviewed with two managers that asked standard interview questions. I thought it went well with the first manager but couldn't get a read from the second. I received a rejection email about a week after the interview but was not given any feedback.
