Absolutely excellent. Taxing, but fair. Step one: Phone screen with a recruiter. Step two: In-person coding test, using pair programming, and your language of choice. Seriously - no bad marks for picking your favourite stack even if it isn't Ruby or Java. Step three: Two more in-person pair coding tests, and about 5 hours of conversations. Incredibly friendly, respectful, and pragmatic throughout the entire process.
