After meeting representatives from Block Advisors at a career fair, I sent an email to follow up and was scheduled for a screening call. The call went great and I went into the second interview with excitement about the job. The second interview went even better; I felt like the job would be challenging but could give me an opportunity to grow my management skills. My organization and enthusiasm was at the forefront of the call and I was told I’d be contacted Monday (the interview was on Friday), about next steps for my final interview. They ghosted me. They didn’t reply to any additional follow up emails I sent, and my profile has been sitting in “under review” since late October. This company says they want talent and dedication, as well as communication, but they do not offer that to candidates.
