I had a recruiter send me an email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I spent a lot of time preparing for that interview. The morning of the interview, I received an email from the hiring manager stating something had come up and the recruiter would reach out soon to reschedule. It was several days and I never heard from the recruiter to reschedule so I sent her an email asking about rescheduling. She sent me a new meeting request. Next thing I know, I received another email from the recruiter telling me they were no longer interviewing for the position and the interview was canceled. Extremely disappointed, frustrated and found it to be unacceptable.
