Brief explination of job title and benefits. Was taken to interview with site manager. It was a very good introduction of the company. The interviewer was very professional an took his time to explain everything in detail.

This company is a joke. Here is the process I went through for a management position: Applied on line-heard back 3 month later to come in for an interview. Drove to Miami (1 hour) and waited about 45 minutes in a lobby that is a bland as they come. Hard to believe that they would ever bring a client there. There was no A/C on two of the days I was there. They do a first come first serve from 10 am-4 pm for all applicants so your wait can be long. Interview with recruiter took about 10 minutes and it was just a get to know you. Asked to come back again the next day. Next day-same drive and waiting process. Met with the Operations manager (10 minutes) and he wanted me to meet his boss-the next day. Came back again and had the same waiting process. Met with Dir of Ops for about 10 minutes and he said due to my lack of security experience they suggested a position in Business Development (which I was open to) and said I should come back the next day and meet with the owner. Rather than come back a 4th time I asked if I could wait until he was available (about 1/2 hour), Met with owner and things seemed to go well. He said I would have a offer letter by 5PM that day. No offer letter came and I even gave them an extra day understanding things can come up. Still nothing so I called and left a message for the recruiter or owner to call me back. I have never gotten a call or email from anyone there since I was told I would get a offer. I understand your may rethink things and change your mind but a least be professional enough to call and tell me. Find some place to work where you will be respected, this isn't it.
