      Entrevista

      The recruiter was responsive and straightforward about what the process would be like. I initially spoke to a recruiter after applying. This interview was more informal and was about my background and work experience. After this, the recruiter had a recruiting coordinator schedule a time for me to talk to a Sales Trainer and Sales Manager for a joint interview through Microsoft Teams. I got a cold and unwelcoming feeling from the sales trainer during the 2nd interview. They didn't seem very personable and seemed to be skeptical and didn't give me a great feeling during the interview about the company. The sales manager person was nice and seemed like someone I would want to work under. The recruiter did tell me that if needed a 3rd interview for a sales presentation may be needed if "they wanted more time with you." In my case they asked me to do a third and final interview which was described as a "20 minutes sales presentation on a solution or product I have sold before." They were quite vague about what they were expecting which made it tough. Again, the sales trainer gave off a cold vibe in this final interview so I could tell I most likely would not get the job. They didn't seem very welcoming or friendly which did give me an uneasy feeling about the company if I was to get an offer which is not a good feeling. The main issue with the process is it took a month to do basically 2 interviews. I felt like they didn't have any intention of hiring me even though I moved forward in the process which just felt different than other places. The salary range was lower than similar positions by a significant amount. I'd suggest they try to get the interview process condensed so people aren't waiting around or put in tough spots with other offers.

      Pregunta 1

      They asked about the average deal size from a prior role. They asked about the average sales cycle. How would you persuade someone to change their mind. The sales presentation was told to be 15-20 minutes but as a word of caution do not make your presentation detailed or thorough or long. Not sure exactly what they were looking for but it seemed I wasted way too much time preparing. Make a simple 5 slide presentation, don't go into too much detail, and be concise.
