I thoroughly enjoyed the interview experience at Blackbaud. I am not saying this just because I got placed — even if I hadn’t, I would still hold the same positive impression. The interviewers were very warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were not focused on deep technical skills but rather on assessing whether we have the capability to learn, get trained, and successfully handle tasks. If you already have prior experience, it will definitely give you an edge, but the main emphasis is on your potential and attitude. Overall, it was a smooth and encouraging process, and I truly appreciated the professional and supportive approach of the panel.

1st interview was a video recording. Answered 8 questions. 2nd interview is in person. Met with the recruiter first. Then went and sat with a customer support associate to see what he was doing and how he answered incoming questions
