I had an automated video interview for the an analyst position in London. This was the first step after the CV and Cover Letter screening process. The questions were to be answered in 1:30min and prepared in 30sec. The questions were why did I choose BlackRock, and specifically the Department I was applying for, what have I been doing to prepare myself for an opportunity in the financial industry, and tell us a recent peace of news that affected the market.
