I submitted my resume online, got a call about a week later. From that point on it went pretty smoth. No bs, everything was as scheduled. When I came in I had to talk to about 5 or 6 people. Everyone was extermely nice. It was pretty challanging in tems of both business knowledge and technichal skils. Nothing like GS, but demanding none the less. Negotiation process was not that tough, but agin , I did not ask for a raise, and they tried hard to bring my base down.... That was kinda strange. (Stil is). Basically I got the same base, no raise. If your base is high, you might be walking in into a free ride (for blk).
