Applied in early Sept. Received a request for me to submit a virtual cover letter on HireVue a few days later.
Received a request for a 1st round interview at the SG office in late October. Met with 3 different groups of interviewers which consisted of mid level management/associates. Questions were mainly about fit, with a few technical questions towards the end. Received an offer to proceed to the next round a day after this first interview. The next round was schedule 2 weeks after the first.
The 2nd round was also with 3 different groups of interviewers, but all of which were directors. Questions were all about fit, and getting to know more about the role.

virtual cover letter on hirevue, i think there were 2 questions after based on what i am seeing i think it is about blackrock's history as a company and data related questions to evaluate how you think under pressure.
Virtual cover letter in a form of Hirevue. You get 30 seconds to prepare for and 2 minutes to answer. Standard questions which is the same every year. You do not get any re-tries. I have been waiting for a few months after this.

Virtual Cover Letter consisting of two questions. Why blackrock and describe a time when you had to make a data driven decision with conflicting data. No retakes and 2 minutes to answer to the best of my memory.
