Entrevista
After having applied online and having submitted a virtual cover letter (pre-recorded interview) I have been called to sustain a 1:1 interview.
This selection step was made by two phone interviews lasting around 30 minutes each, with two people of the same team.
I had the chance to select my preferred slot few days before the interview day.

They asked me mainly information regarding financial market and the latest news regarding politics, the macroeconomic environment and the European scenario.
the first interview was mainly focused on motivational questions and cv based as well as personal ambition.

Entrevista
I just completed the VI. The questions mainly focused on market awareness and current events. They asked about recent news and how I understand its impact on the market and the broader economy. It seems they are looking for candidates who stay informed, can think critically about financial news, and are able to explain their views clearly and logically.

Hirevue interview with 3 questions asked, with 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer for each questions. Both motivational questions and technical questions were asked. Research to company is important
