Entrevista
The BlackRock interview process begins with an online application followed by a pre-interview assessment, which may include a one-way video interview or technical test. Successful candidates progress to behavioral and technical interviews focusing on teamwork, leadership, and role-specific skills such as finance concepts or coding. Finalists attend a “Superday” with multiple interviews assessing fit with BlackRock’s principles: fiduciary duty, collaboration, performance, ownership, and a better future. Preparation should include understanding market trends, practicing STAR responses, and aligning experiences with BlackRock’s mission to help people achieve financial well-being. The process is selective, structured, and emphasizes culture and purpose alignment.
Surprising questions that are quite different from other interviews. I don't know if that was just my personal experience. It was a HireVue and some questions caught me off guard. Overall the experience was pretty standard though.

The HireVue lasts around 30 minutes. There's 2-3 minutes to prep for each question. The process is smooth, just as any other big corporate company's video assessment. There is an introduction before you start to remind you of the guidelines and the company's values.

Difficult, talked to a GIP member, talked about behaviourals at first, then transitioned into many questions about the company (really digging deep on what you knew about BlackRock). Received some pushback on company information
