The interview with CTO was a waste o time. Seems like nobody even read my CV. After talking for 15 minutes about myself, which I was asked to do, all I got was "I don't think we are a match, thank you". After 15 minutes I learn that they are looking basically for rendering engineer, which looking on my CV I'm clearly not. Why even bother inviting me ? Please read a CV first before wasting my time.
