Pregunta 1
Primary interview went well! Second interview I was asked to do a used case which I believe I have done it exelently but was told I will get some feedback, I did not! Second Interview with the VP felt that he has never reviewed the use cases since he was asking questions which are irelevant to the given use case. Told I did not get the position again I asked for some feedback, nothing came. I felt like I was left in limbo and the poeople do not really care about me as an applicant. Overall, I thought it's their process! I do hope they change it for the benefit of applicants! Thanks!

Entrevista
Skype, mehrere Gespräche, inklusive Test (Programmieren / Präsentieren). Insgesamt keine überraschenden oder "Fangfragen". Relativ schnelles Feedback, das mich nicht lange im Unklaren ließ. Bewerbungsprozess mit genug Zeit, daher schaffbar auch in der Freizeit neben einem Vollzeitjob.
