I applied online through their ad on Craigslist and was given options for an interview date and time. I chose what was most convenient for me. The interview went smoothly. I interviewed with another applicant and was hired the same day, getting notified through email very shortly after. The interview was mainly a brief description of what Bite Squad is, and how it works, along with typical interview questions. I personally feel the interview was more of feeling for the right fit in the applicants, such as how the applicant's personality and presentation suits this customer service based industry, if the applicant seems dependable and serious about the position, and if the applicant can become a valuable member on the Bite Squad force. As long as the applicant is seriously looking for a better job opportunity in the food delivery business, I feel that getting hired should be fairly easy.

The process was very simple, I applied and got a call from an interviewer about a week later. The actual interview took place that week over the phone and I got offered the job immediately. I met a woman that next week to receive my badge, hat and shirt and to go over my immediate schedule. The process was very simple, but this job does have a high turnover rate.
