The Hiring process is a three step process.
You have a written round first based on fundamental concepts of electronics and computer science.
Then you have a psychometric test from which the company could guage if you are a ideal candidate for them.
Then you will have an interview with the Director or any Senior Engineer or Design Lead.
If you are good you get Selected!

Be confident wile answering. If you do not know something Just say I don't know, do not bluff they will catch you.
Vlsi Basics are must.

Entrevista
Firstly, candidates were shortlisted on the basis of resume. Next stage was to clear the technical test. Selected candidates were interviewed. The interview was both technical and about your interpersonal skills. The company recruited two students from my department. They expect you to have good knowledge on FPGA and Processor based systems.
