I applied online, I got an intivation for written assessment a month later. Limited time for preparation, merely 2 days. The test lasted 3h and it was rather substantive, to draft communication plan for UNFCC side event, concept note, speaking points for the director, agenda with speakers and main institutional stakeholders, communication outputs. Few days later I was invited for a panel interview. It was HR, HM and 3 other people. Competency based questions related to position and previous experience, 40 min-1h. In the meantime they conducted reference checking. 3 weeks later I got a we regret email telling me that they are open to receive any questions related to the process - I asked for follow up on the interview and HR never replied.
