Very good. Seemed very interested in me as a person. I felt like it was quite casual, which made me less stressed out. They asked a lot about my experience and how it can apply to the position.

I interviewed at BioPharm for the position of Medical Editor. It was just an initial phone screen, and the questions were fairly basic/casual. The pay was a bit low, so I turned it down, but the recruiter passed my resume on to those recruiting for other agencies, which was helpful.
