Great experience. Everyone I met from hiring manager to HR to President of R&D(!) was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the science, the company, and each other. Process included the following steps: phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, initial panel interview via video, final panel interview via video. Clearly they have adapted the recruitment process due to COVID-19 restrictions.
