Found the job posting on Craigslist and applied online. I got a call a few days later for a phone interview. It must have gone well because they asked me in for a second interview where my future boss and another employee sat with me. They asked about my writing experiences and if I would be interested in video marketing. They also explained that, despite it being a motorcycle based company, I didn't need riding experience to get the job. About two weeks later I received a call that I had gotten the job.
