Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en BigHand (Londres, Inglaterra) en oct 2016
Entrevista
Initial phone call with the Development manager, general questions were asked (like where do you see yourself in 5 years). Phone call took about 1 hour.
f2f interview at company office consisting of 3 parts. Interview took about 2h 30min.
First part was pair programming, TDD password validation module.
Second was a technical interview with development manager, a senior developer and a senior architect. Questions were asked for every piece of information from my CV and experiences I had during my career. I was also asked to write a short program on a whiteboard for multiplying 2 numbers without using multiply operator.
Third part was writing a program (Windows Forms or WPF) for comparing 2 directories and displaying same/different files (based on name and size).
It was surprising this only had allocated only 35/40 mins, but the task had clear focus on usability and quality of code, so I guess it was some kind of "work under pressure" test - advice: make sure you read the requirements so you know what to focus on if you think you don't have enough time to write a quality piece of software :)
