Very casual, very laid back, fun and energetic. Was more of a conversation than question and answer. They explained the way Big Lots did things, etc. It was very easy.

They will call. Either set up an interview face to face or set up a phone interview. Stander associate will have one to two. Manager position will have 3-4 with multiple supervisors.
