I got contacted two weeks after submitting my application. Although the job was fully remote, I had an in-person interview. My current manager was who interviewed me. The conversation was comfortable and untraditional (in my experience). He asked about my experience, but mainly about how I would consider myself to react against specific day-to-day situations. I would say it was a maximum of 40 minutes long.
