Entrevista
It was telephonic followed by face to face. Company provides flight ticket, hotel and pick and drop from airport. Most of the people taking interview asked good questions and seemed neutral, however one or two technical person with hiring decision might be biased, preferring people who speak their language/nepotism etc. . Else I see no other reason for not getting offer.

Questions were from enterprise java, some design question and few basic algorithm, hand coding, puzzle type.

Entrevista
They gave me some "homework" to complete - didn't take long. I think there was one phone screen, then an onsite interview. The whole process was very fast; they make a decision with a day or two of the onsite interview, and they want an answer in a week.

I don't recall. I do remember they asked me to write some code on a white board, and the correct way to solve the problem was recursive.
