The process was pretty standard with a prescreening, phone interview and in person. The HR department does everything electronically and its extremely clinical so don't expect any person to person follow-up. Also when I showed up for the in person interview, it was a bit disorganized as no one really knew who was to be talking to me and when. This made me think I was the "throw away" interview.
