Recruiter reached out to me for my resume even though I already applied for the position. We had the interview very shortly after I sent it and she was eager to get the process rolling and said I should hear back early next week. Barely asked me about my experience at all, I was the one asking the questions about the position. Never heard from her once, I was an applicant with a lot more experience than what they were looking for. It's blatant they want to hire someone fresh out of college with no experience working for a company so they can mold and groom them as they please...

One of the best interview processes I've been through. Everyone I spoke with was very welcoming, asked thoughtful questions, were thorough in answering all of my questions. They followed up day of or next day about where I was in the interview process. Hiring manager also let me speak to a number of employees so that I could get a better feel for the company culture. It was clear that everyone is happy working there and there is a very collaborative and supportive environment

Has a personable video interview for about 30 minutes, and enjoyed the conversation. Did not receive an update on my status as an applicant. Interviewer was transparent on potential concerns.
