There is a total of 8 rounds of interviews. It is way too tedious and time consuming. I also spent several hours on a take home assignment. One of the interview rounds was to present the work but that was not shared as an expectation.

Long process, be ready to devote some time into the interview process, do an assignment, and then have even more interviews! Honestly, it felt a little tedious while I was interviewing, but by the end of the interview process I felt like I knew the culture of the company and my soon to be manager well enough that I was confident I wanted the job. Interviewing is also about you making sure you want to work there/get the job. I think BetterUp does a great job of making sure that each candidate is the right fit.
