Overall the recruitment team was very responsive and insightful. However, the expectations set for the 3 hour interview were not correct. The 3 hour interview was more like a 3-hour interrogation with NO conversation. There was minimal opportunity to ask questions and understand if the company is a good fit for the prospect. After spending more than 5 hours in interviews with BetterUp, they provided ZERO feedback and just said I was not a fit. For being a coaching and mental health company you would expect that they could provide feedback on how to improve moving forward.

Take Home Assessment- create a strategic account plan and line up the potential new client's strategic initiatives and how BtterUps value prop aligns.
Interviews with HR, sales manager, sales VP, and a random person to check cultural values. The process was quick and had several scenario based sales situations to walk through and talk about with the sales leaders. They focus heavily on identifying cultural values and repeating the BetterUp values makes them get overly excited about you regardless of qualifications.
Interview went well and the interviewer was incredibly positive/said I would be moving to the next round and mentioned who I am interviewing with next. Then proceeded to completely ghost me, never replied to a single email and never scheduled a follow up interview.

Entrevista
Extremely disrespectful of candidates time. The interview was rescheduled three different times, ultimately scheduling 6 weeks after original scheduled time. After all the wait- I felt the conversation went well, and was promised that interview with hiring manager would be scheduled as long as HIREVUE interview was completed.
The hirevue interview contained 6 basic interview questions, then ridiculous math games, and analyzing pictures. EX: Which picture do you like more: "person sitting at desk" vs "person sleeping at desk" . Not surprisingly, they then sent an automated rejection and did not deliver on promise to schedule hiring manager interview. Math games and Picture analysis have no bearing on ability to succeed in this role. They are gathering data for hirevue and not actually considering candidates.
