Applied online and a recruiter responded within a few days to connect for a phone screen. The recruiter was very engaging, high energy, and very transparent about the process. She was also very clear that she wasn't sure if my background was the exact fit for the role, but wanted me to speak with the next interviewer. The next interviewer was equally engaged, personable, and transparent. It was a very enjoyable conversation and equally insightful about the company's direction, the challenges they were facing, and what they needed from the person filling in the role. A couple days later I was declined in moving forward in the process, but through these conversations thus far, this wasn't a surprise. This was a very strong recruiting process and really admire BetterUp for taking recruiting to this level. This should be an example of recruiting for all companies!
