The third interview was 2 hours long of nonstop questions and I was disappointed it was not conversational in the slightest. I was excited to meet HR but she was just there for notetaking. After an already long work day, this long interview was incredibly difficult. Halfway through I knew this was not a company I wanted to work for.

Be prepared to answer everything from who your idol was in high school up to your current job. You will need to remember very intricate details from every job listed on your resume. You will also need to talk about every manager you've ever had and their strengths and weaknesses.
