Required to provide written responses to various coaching scenarios. It was timed and took 4+ hours to complete. There was no face-to-face interaction and several days after the responses were submitted, I received an email telling me that I didn't get the job (with no explanation). A complete waste of time.

Not an interview, just many online certification courses. Pretty intense and you wait a long time to get a job assignment. They also don’t pay on time. Everything else is great!
