Remarkably, there was no job interview for becoming a therapist on Better Help. But there IS a credentials check and you do have to be fully licensed to contract with this company.

N/A, no questions asked except a few general online questions about toics like "how many hours a week are you avaiable?"
Easy. Basically just apply and you’re in. I don’t remember there being a formal interview at all. I was able to start working pretty immediately. Which is nice if just looking for extra income.

Application and verification of credentials to ensure you qualify as an independent counselor. They will bring you into a virtual conversation, then move quickly to onboarding if you qualify. Very easy if you qualify.
