The process involves an aptitude test followed by 4-5 interviews. The process would continue for over a month so it’s better to keep contacting the hr for heads up. During the interviews they would ask situational questions and will consider your work ex over your capabilities.

Honestly the best interview expierience I've had in years. It was well organized, well communicated, and most importantly, they actually had answers for me regarding the position and what training for the role would be like! I can't tell you how many interviews I've been on where the director or recruiter speaking with you genuinely has no idea what's in store for you... but they'll sell you that sparkly dream to get you through the door. The interview is a 5 step process. An initial call with the recruiter. Those questions are fairly general, seemed like she was getting more of a feel as to whether I'd fit with the culture. The next step is an assessment (mock sceneario & email response). If you have some experience in communications like these, it'll be a breeze. The final step is a 3-part interview, 30 minutes each, 3 different people. Initially this intimidated me to no end, but this structure ended up being the best part of everything. All three interviewers were an absolute pleasure to speak with and although I was ridiculously nervous with person one, by person two and three that nervousness just melted away. They interview you with a very gentle approach, which was genuinely refreshing to experience when you are searching for a new role during a pandemic. Interviews are super harsh right now. Better provided me with a very much needed breath of fresh air!
