Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Betabrand (San Francisco, CA) en abr 2016
Entrevista
Got to "final round" and was told I'd hear back within a week. Heard nothing and got no response for over two weeks. I assumed I did not get the position. Then they reached back out of nowhere saying they were all "out of the country" for those 2 weeks (with no previous mention) and to skype in for another final round interview. Was told I'd hear back within a few days for next steps and again received radio silence, not even a short email. They kept asking about my coding experience even though they advertised a purely marketing position. It seemed like they wanted someone to write code and scripts for them but under a "marketing" title and for entry level marketing pay. Overall the process was handled very unprofessionally. It really turned me off the company and I quickly lost interest in working with people who treat the process with so little care.
