Simple questions, they made sure i had basic skills required to make change and accept payments, made sure I was able to effectively communicate to customers, I was able seasonal hire so it was super easy - I had to agree I was willing and able to work boxing day.
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
