they called me to schedule an interview very nice lady after that i got an interview with the computer supervisor and the assistant store manager both were pretty cool and i shared my knowledge with them after that i got a called from the same lady for a GM interview the gm asked me not to prove my knowledge cause he already knew i was knowledgeable but to answer honestly. asked me questions about stealing and dealing with costumers and issues with employees after that he offered the job and asked about payment

Basic interview and process after filling out the application. Show customer experience strengths. Phone screen is first. Meet the department lead and then the general manager. They will ask the typical interview questions around customer service and your knowledge of the department you are applying for. Customer service and adding accessories to purchases is a big deal.

Entrevista
The interview process was not that hard. I interviewed with the sales manager and another person in training. He asked basic questions like: Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer, why do you want to work here. The interview lasted about 10 minutes.
