Easy interview. No hard questions. Seems like they just want to know your tech knowledge and what you want to do with this job and how you can help them accomplish their goals.

What is your favorite place to shop? What is a time when you had a conflict in the workplace? What is a good experience you’ve had with a customer service associate as a customer?
Came in for an in person interview. Had a meeting with the store am and he asked questions. Later took me around the store to show various departments. Later was told that i would be hearing from them. Decided not to take the offer but seems like a cool place.

Finally Best Buy doesn't require the dreaded personality test but after the application, you'll do an interview involving recording yourself. Once you're done, you may get an email scheduling an in-person interview. Once there, the manager was very nice and professional while he asked me a half dozen questions.

Good questions, mostly accurate job description. Decent start pay but not for the experience. Hope it works out for folks that are first starting out but just not for me
