Sat down with the Store manager after doing a phone screening and an online quiz. All took less than a half an hour. The questions the store manager asked were the same ones that the phone screening asked, probably to make sure that you were consistent across your answers and not just BSing them.

Very simple first on the phone interview, then come to the store for a in store interview with asst. Manager, then you have an interview with the GM. Relaxed for the most part
