Very fast process. I First applied online and received a phone interview the following day. Phone interview consisted of availability questions and past job experiences. After the phone interview I was then invited to come in the same day to the store for a 1:1 interview. I arrived at the store and one of the store manager conducted the interview and asked questions about theft and customer service experience. After the interview I was then told that he would see if the GM is available at the moment for a 2nd interview. Turns out the GM wasn't available and was told to come in the following morning for the interview where I was then hired.

What are your thoughts on an employee committing theft?
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
