Applied online. Got called 3 days later to come in for an interview. Interviewed with a department manager. She then asked me to come in for another interview with the GM on Tuesday. Had interview with GM, it went pretty good, he said they'll call by Monday. So now I'm just playing the waiting game.

i found it all depends on the interviewer, so don’t stress if you don’t get it right
The interview will begin with fundamental questions about your background and previous work experience. Afterwards, you’ll be asked behavioural questions, such as how you would handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with a product.

I applied online initially and then was asked to complete a personality questionnaire. That was then followed up with two interviews in person with the hiring manager and store manager. Finally, they conducted a background check and a drug test.
