Started the online application at the store I was applying for, decided to finish it at home (which took about an hour to finish). Received a call about 4 days later and was asked to come in for an interview which turned out to be a group interview where we were asked the basic retail interview questions ('How would you handle a customer coming to you with a complaint about one of our products?', etc)
