Ask pointless questions about how you handle certain situations and ask you to provide specific instances of these situations that had happen in your life. Also, if you cant come up with a specific instance they will immediately remove you from consideration for the job.

Went thru the three interviews and got an offer, waiting on results of drug test and background check. Process was very easy, and I hope I get the job. I have a past felony record and I dont know how the background check is going to turn out, but I have made them aware of this fact from the first interview so its not like it will be a surprise to the store.
