When interviewing, show that you are trainable and willing to learn. They are huge on attachments to improve the sale. So when mentioning previous experience, talk about how you upsold using techniques like getting to know the customer, asking several questions, having extensive product knowledge and offering accessories and serivce plans.

Explain a situation where u had to go beyond limits to help a customer
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
