One face to face interview with hiring manager, assisted by another colleague. Took 1/2 hour and questions were mainly situational and covered both traditional and agile methodologies. There were several follow-up questions. That experience helped me in my subsequent job interviews. I put a lot of effort learning about the company and job prior to the interview and that helped a lot.
